Live Action - Mom & Baby

"Live Action Award Trophy" honors sanctity of human life and those who strive to protect the unborn.

Tom White was privileged to create the original sculpture for the “Norinne A. and Raymond E. Ruddy Memorial Life Prizes Award” statue representing a mother cherishing the life of her baby. It was first presented in January, 2009 at the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C.

Live Action  now presents three of these awards annually to those most engaged in the fight to preserve life for the preborn and aid to their Moms.  This award is presented annually at their Awards Gala in the fall.  It is given to those whose outstanding efforts to awaken the conscience of America to the sanctity of human life through public advocacy and outreach, scientific research, public disclosure activities, legal action and other noteworthy achievements.

The purpose of the Live Action Award is two-fold:

  • To recognize those on the front lines of the greatest human rights battle of our day, and
  • To encourage and inspire the next generation to accomplish great things for the cause of life.
